Brand New afternoon yoga class ~ Wednesdays at 12:30pm
-An all levels class
NEW Rookie Ride cycle class for beginners ~ Thursdays at 9:30am
-Learn the basics of indoor cycling in a judgement free setting. This class is designed for new riders and those who are looking to learn more about spinning. It incorporates basic tools for indoor riding success by learning the etiquette, safety precautions, cycling terms and lingo and everything else you need to know to become more comfortable with spinning, including the importance of stretching.
NEW YogaFit class Mondays at 6:30am
-East meets West in this fitness inspired Yoga program designed to improve health, performance, and mental acuity.
NEW Tabata class Wednesdays at 6pm.
-A high intensity, 45 minute workout that will have you feeling the burn!
-Is a very creative program including magical journeys where we meet with animals, fly an airplane, drive a car, grow into a tree, or imitate the ocean waves all in the form of dynamic yoga poses. We use music and song, lots of silly props, games, stories, relaxation and visualization, meditation, mandala painting and more.

Please come into the studio 15 minutes prior to a class to redeem your voucher and get registered in our system. Taxes will be due at the time of registration. Once you have been entered into our system you will be able to sign up for classes online here.
