**Launching even more NEW classes**
Mondays @ 4:30pm Vinyasa Yoga with Megan~ A creative and challenging practice, Vinyasa yoga uses dynamic flowing postures that link movement and breath. Some Yoga experience is recommended for this class.
Tuesday & Thursday @ 6am BOOT CAMP with Marcelo~ Get up & Get fit! Tuesday’s will have a focus on upper body & core, Thursday’s focus will be lower body & core.
Tuesdays @ 6pm New Power Cycle with Joseph~ Hills and valleys, sprints and intervals, this class is designed for anyone looking to challenge themselves and have a great time doing it!
Tuesdays @ 8:30pm Tune-In Yoga with Laura~ The tunes on the stereo will pull your mind away from the chaos of the world outside and allow you to tune into yourself. Deepening your practice with an eclectic mix of poses. Don’t be afraid to shake your Asanas!
Thursday evenings will never be the same:
4:30pm – Power Express Spin Class – 45 minute class will have you home before dinner.
6:15pm – Stretch to Unwind Yoga Class – differing poses help to stretch and relax the body. A perfect way to de-stress after work.
8:00pm – Heated Detox Flow – A specific series of postures that stimulates the digestive, circulatory, and lymphatic systems to cleanse, purify, rejuvenate and restore from the inside out.
Fridays @ 12pm Yang/Yin Yoga class with Lori ~ The first part of the class will focus on “yang” postures – dynamic, active poses that work the muscular parts of our body. The second part will focus on “yin” postures- those that target the deeper connective tissues: our ligaments, joints, and even bones.
Challenge yourself Saturdays @ 8:30am with Andrew~ This class is now 90 minutes of adventurous hills and valleys, sprints and intervals where modifications will be added to compliment every participant’s abilities. Ride to the latest music, delivered in a seamless format to motivate your every action.
Saturdays @ 10am Clay Kids Yoga~A creative program including magical journeys where we meet with animals, fly an airplane, drive a car, grow into a tree, or imitate the ocean waves all in the form of dynamic yoga poses. We use music and song, lots of silly props, games, stories, relaxation and visualization, meditation, mandala painting and more. Kids class packages available here.
Saturdays @ 11am Rookie Ride with Michelle~ A beginners spin class that anyone can do! Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into the groove of a healthier you. This class runs in series of 6 weeks. Drop in anytime throughout the series!

Please come into the studio 15 minutes prior to a class to redeem your voucher and get registered in our system. Taxes will be due at the time of registration. Once you have been entered into our system you will be able to sign up for classes online here.
